Meet Nat

Hey! My name is Natalie. 

I'm a cook, an artist, and a college student. I'm also a 'recovering vegan', and I will eat anything from fresh, raw green juice to greasy bacon, although I usually stick with the veggies. I'm in the practice of learning everything I can about baking, pastry, and both the art and science of food. This blog is essentially my lab notebook of the whole experiment.
